March on Washington: Thousands Gather 57-Years Later At Lincoln Memorial

Washington, D.C.–This weekend marked 57-years since Martin Luther King Jr., gave his famous “I Have A Dream” speech on the steps of the Lincoln memorial, where millions had gathered to hear him speak. Despite a global pandemic, thousands made their way to Washington, D.C. this weekend to commemorate this special moment in Black American history known as the March on Washington.
