Flashback Friday: Tulsa’s Black Wall Street Massacre

CNN’s Sara Sidner takes us back to a time in America’s history many would like to forget–a thriving, Black-community burned to the ground. I never learned about Tulsa in high school or college. I once found a DVD about Tulsa in an African store that my friend’s dad owned in Humboldt County when I was a junior in college. This is where I was first introduced to the history and information.
