Los Angeles, CA–The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department have released the body camera footage into the shooting of Fred Williams by Sheriff’s deputies. His death comes a month after the killing of Dijon Kizzee by LASD.
Kizzee’s death prompted continuous protest by Los Angeles residents at the Sheriff’s station on Imperial near Vermont. Since Kizzee’s murder, LASD officers must now wear body cameras. Thanks to this, the officer who killed Williams was wearing his body camera and that footage has now been released by LASD.
