Los Angeles, CA–30 years have now passed since the 1992 Los Angeles riots that started in South Central following the beating of Rodney King. I caught up with actor Glenn Plummer and star of the film “South Central” at the 30th annual Pan African Film Festival where he touched on the impact of the film and what it means to him decades later.
