Joe Biden has turned his back on Black farmers, after officially withdrawing his support for them by repealing Section 1005 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
This repeal aimed to eliminate the possibility of Black farmers being able to access much needed debt relief programs that Black farmers such as John Boyd has been fighting for, for 30 years.
Yet at the same time, Biden has committed $250 million to Ukrainian farmers in order to provide them with relief.
