West Hollywood, CA–Protest are beginning to gather steam again following the grand jury verdict in the Breonna Taylor case. For months across the U.S Taylor’s name has become a battle cry for some and downright token for others. Following the news that none of the officers would serve time for the death of Taylor, many in Los Angeles took to the streets to protest.
Protest in Hollywood this weekend has resulted in at least two incidents involving cars as protestors blocked the streets. Video also captured this weekend shows police beating a protester with a shield, while attempting to detain them.
