Los Angeles, CA—Nipsey Hussle’s family accepted his Humanitarian Award at this years BET awards ceremony. The ceremony is one of the largest African-American awards ceremonies, where Blackness is celebrated for its excellence in the arts and entertainment.
Nipsey Hussle’s daughter, parents, grandmother, as well as his beautiful sister Samantha, his woman Lauren London and their two year old son Kross stood on stage in honor of an incredible human.
Despite having to adapt to his environment which is unfortunately just the code of the land in Los Angeles, Nipsey Hussle lived how a true king should, seeing different parts of the world many on the block would never dream of. His life was a testimony of self-improvement, sacrifice and accomplishments, while having a genuine love for your family and community.
