South Central, Los Angeles—The conspiracy to destroy Black America and has always been rooted in economics and maintaining the supremacy of White America. Knowing this, it is no surprise that the City of Los Angeles is determined to run Nipsey Hussle and his family off the lot on Slauson and Crenshaw, even in Nipsey’s death.
David Gross is the real estate investor who partnered with Nipsey Hussle to purchase the lot on Slauson and Crenshaw. A few days ago, he posted to his Instagram letters sent to him from the City Attorney’s office about gang activity at the Slauson and Crenshaw lot.
There has been much speculation and unanswered questions surrounding not only Nipsey Hussle’s assassination as his mother calls it, but also regarding his business affairs, partners, and what is to come for the Slauson and Crenshaw property now Nipsey is gone.
Not that his business is actually any of the publics rightful business. However, Nipsey has always been transparent and vocal about his journey and plans for his South Central community.
People are wondering why Gross is the only one speaking publicly and maintaining correspondence with the city over the property. There has also been a lot of defaming Youtube videos about Gross, saying he is the only one listed on the paperwork for the Slauson and Crenshaw property.
Former Roc-a-fella videographer Choke No Joke, also chimed in on the allegations. So much so, he claims Gross reached out to him and relayed the videos were causing him to receive death threats. Choke also claims Gross relayed he is the only one listed on the paperwork because of felonies on behalf of Nipsey and his team.
Gross is being sent letters because he is listed as the person of contact for the property. In addition, the family is grieving.
The fact that Nipsey Hussle’s family is not making an uproar over the allegations being made, makes it appear that things are o.k.
Everyone is currently anticipating Nipsey Hussle’s birthday August 15, which has the city and the LAPD on high alert. It has been revealed that at least 100 plain clothes police will be on Slauson and Crenshaw that day.
Fans created eventbrites for celebrations at the Marathon Clothing lot on Slauson and Crenshaw, which prompted a swift response from Nipsey Hussle’s family and team.
