South Central, Los Angeles–There was an officer-involved shooting this morning that left a woman in critical condition. The Los Angeles Police report that they responded to a call for a woman needing help around 1:30 a.m in South Central Los Angeles near Hoover and 78th St.
Upon arriving, police say they found a woman in her 30’s sitting on the curb who at some point produced a knife, according to police.
