Los Angeles, CA—An LAPD officer is being questioned after his patrol vehicle slams into a civilian car, injuring a woman and trapping her passenger inside the vehicle on King and Degnan near the Crenshaw District.
According to witnesses at the scene, the officer was driving down the street at an accelerated speed with just his lights on and no sirens.
The LAPD cruiser slammed into a civilian car, pushing the vehicle into a tree from the force of the crash.
