Barber who is originally from Camden, NJ has an atelier based in Los Angeles, specializing in developing luxury, unisex apparel, as well as leather goods and accessories.

Barber says that a lot of the items for essential packages were hard to obtain but through a source of media maven and entrepreneur Karen Civil, who works closely with YG’s camp, they were able to get their hands on some amazing products.

The partnership between his team and YG came after Barber told Karen Civil that his team had been distributing essential goods and disinfectants to the homeless.

Karen relayed to Barber that YG had been doing similar work.

“Me and YG being cool and seeing the amazing job he’s been doing we decided to join his effort,” Barber explained. “Other products, members of my team, along with myself, drove store to store just buying whatever we could find.”

“I really wanted to give the kids tablets so they could go online and learn and potentially give the parents a break, especially during the lock down.”

Moving forward, Barber says he is discussing with his team on ways to distribute essential goods on a monthly basis.

“A lot of companies along with my fans, have been asking for ways to contribute, so I’d say we will continue to find ways to give back. Helping others is a life’s work,” said Barber.

Barber says that a special thanks goes to luxury brands EuroWatch and Sir Los Angeles for contributing to their efforts.

“And of course a huge thank you to my team, Karen Civil, YG, MaMa YG, 4 Hunnid Wayz and everyone else that contributed.”

  1. For someone who does absolutely nothing for his kids , sheron barber is quite generous. It’s amazing what ppl will do for others before their own children. Sad!!
