There Have Been Fires At Several Food Processing Plants Across The U.S

Since the beginning of 2022, there have been fires at several food manufacturing plants across the U.S. Many of these fires have been ruled accidental, but the fires have led to the rise of social media conspiracies.

The USDA told Reuters in a statement that the claims saying these fires were caused by arsons are false. A few companies have already started the process of moving their manufacturing operations to different locations. The list of fires at food manufacturing facilities are listed below.

  • 02/22/22 Shearer’s Foods, Hermiston, Ore
  • 02/03/22 Wisconsin River meats, Mauston, Wis
  • 01/20/22 Washington Potato Processing Plant Warden, Wash
