Series of Shootings Along Broadway in South Central Leaves 1 Dead, Three Wounded

South Central, L.A- A series of shootings along Broadway Avenue in South Central today left three men wounded and one person killed. The shootings occurred at separate times and it is not clear if the shootings are connected in anyway.
Around 3:30 p.m. a man was shot and underwent surgery for his injuries after it was reported he was in grave condition.

Around 5:00 p.m another shooting occured on Broadway and 61st street. An unidentified suspect opened fire on a 23-year-old male who died at the scene.

An hour and a half later while police were still on scene of the 61st shooting, a drive-by shooting occurred on 75th and Broadway. It is important to note that this shooting happened two Blocks from the 77th Police Station. There is also no description of a suspect in this shooting. A man was rushed to the hospital in stable condition.

Authorities have not provided information about motives behind the attacks or if the shootings were connected or gang-related.
