Los Angeles, CA--The Los Angeles Police Department responded to public inquiry today, after their hiring ads landed on the conservative and alt-right website Breitbart. According to Google, “the alt-right, an abbreviation of alternative right, is a loosely connected far-right, white nationalist movement based in the United States.”
Founded as a news agrregator site in 2007 by Andrew Breitbart, the vision for the website is “the Huffington Post of the right” according to Steve Bannon, former executive chairman of Breitbart.
