Hispanic Male Shot and Killed in Watts by Police

Watts, CA–The Los Angeles Police Department has reported at least three officer involved shootings over the course of the last ten days. According to authorities, police shot and killed a suspect yesterday after responding to a call about a man with a gun near 113 & Wilmington.

When police arrived on the scene, a Hispanic male who has not yet been named, reportedly opened fired on police.

“From there, the suspect moved from the location of the first officer-involved shooting, LAPD said. The suspect was still armed with a handgun, leading to a second officer-involved shooting,” (Fox L.A).
