Henry R. Jones II Talks Forever 21 Highlighting Local Creatives For Black History Month

Los Angeles, CA–I caught up with Henry R. Jones this week in Leimert Park, to talk about his recent collaboration with Forever 21. Jones was one of three local, Black designers and creatives whose brands were chosen to be highlighted for Black History Month. Henry talks the significance of a major brand like Forever 21 changing their marketing, if only for a month, to expose those who are often marginalized from mainstream fashion despite having tremendous talent and artistic abilities. Jones is a photographer and father from Pasadena, California.
