Los Angeles, CA–Hundreds of women have accused former USC Gynecologist, Dr. George Tyndall, of sexual misconduct. This week prosecutors received close to 30 of those cases for review. Tyndall was fired after working as a gynecologist at USC for 30 years. Tyndall, 71, has maintained his innocence.
200 women sued USC last year and accused the school of covering up the allegations. Consequently, two top-level USC Health employees were fired. USC’s President Max Nikias also stepped down after staff circulated a petition demanding his resignation.
Women accused Tyndall of watching them while they un-dressed, as well as being violated during pelvic exams.
