Bill Clinton for seeming to justify the black youths who helped burn and loot Los Angeles; Dhoruba Bin Wahad, a former Black Panther now described as an activist; Anna Deavere Smith, who wrote and performed a one-woman show about the 1991 race riots in Crown Heights, Brooklyn; Mayor Sharon Pratt Kelly of Washington, and Alan Keyes, the Republican candidate for the Senate from Maryland are panelist for “The Issue Is Race: A Crisis in Black and White.” Phil Donahue, host.
