Officer Charged With Criminal Homicide In Death of Antwon Rose

Pennsylvania–East Pittsburgh police Officer Michael Rosfeld who shot and killed 17-year-old Antwon Rose has been charged with criminal homicide. The news comes one week after daily protest in the streets of Pennsylvania. Rose was gunned down while attempting to flee during a traffic stop.

In a press conference following the arrest, Allegheny District Attorney Stephen Zappala said there was no justification for the shooting.

“Antwon Rose didn’t do anything except be in that vehicle.”
