Los Angeles, CA–According to KCAL 9, Jussie Smollet lied to police officers once before in 2007, after being pulled over during a traffic stop for suspected DUI in Los Angeles.
During the stop, Smollett claimed to be his brother.
The news comes after Smollett has been accused of filing a false police report, alleging he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack.
Smollett now faces felony charges for disorderly conduct.
